As anyone who owns a heritage property knows, there’s no end to the improvements and/or repairs required to keep it looking and functioning at its best.  Well… we happen to own NINE heritage properties, so you can imagine how extensive our “to do” list is!

We are fortunate to have a very talented design, maintenance and construction team that turns out fabulous results when given a suite to refurbish.  We’re happy to showcase in the photos below suite #7 at 145 Germain Street.  This suite features a king bedroom with a comfortable sitting area, a full bathroom with jetted tub, and a lovely little kitchen (complete with dishwasher) with a back door to a small balcony that overlooks Canterbury Street and the harbour beyond.  #7 received a full makeover with updated bathroom, brand new kitchen cabinets, a lovely new floor through the bathroom and kitchen, refinished hardwood floors in the entry and bedsit, and paint.   We think it looks GREAT!

This unit is typically rented out for monthly stays, as is the rest of the building, but some nightly guests are fortunate enough to spend a night or two in between these longer term bookings (we just can’t guarantee a nightly stay here too far in advance).  If you’d like to try out 145#7 (our abbreviated lingo for it), by all means… give our friendly Innkeeper a call at 693-1171 (1-877-859-3919 toll free), and she can let you know if it’s available for your stay.
