What sets Chipman Hill Suites apart from its more traditional competitors? It is most definitely the unique historic charm of our various buildings and individually decorated suites. Each suite is unique and no two suites are exactly alike, they have been carefully furnished to make a guest feel at home.
Our suites range from a more budget-friendly suites that include a single or double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a 3-piece bathroom (sink, toilet, and shower), and would be similar in size to a dorm room. (In fact, many students attending UNBSJ have chosen to make Chipman Hill Suites their home during the school year!) to larger executive suites with queen or king beds, full kitchens, full bathrooms, and luxurious features like jetted tubs or airpool tubs. Some Suites have separate bedrooms, while most are open concept “bachelor ” style, all offering the privacy and comfort of home.
No matter the type or size or price of the suite, each unit is equipped with everything you need to prepare food and dine in the privacy of your own space. Please note that some buildings, or even suites within buildings, tend to be rented to long-term guests and are not always available for nightly stays, but as always we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
